Adventures On Board Wylde Swan (The Netherlands)
Check out this awesome quote from Portuguese trainee Duarte Soromenho, who took part in Race 2 of the Rendez-Vous 2017 Tall Ships Regatta from Sines to Bermuda on board Wylde Swan (The Netherlands):
“What can I say?
“I will never forget this trip and I will never forget Wylde Swan and the time I spent there was amazing! A month of pure happiness! Not only because it was my first Atlantic crossing (and many more to come, eh eh) but also because of the people I’ve met.
“For me it was a life-changing trip! I learnt so much, from everything and with everyone! Thank you so much! Thank you to everyone that made this possible (Aporvela, Sail Training International and Wylde Swan). I’m so glad I had the chance to sail on board and meet these amazing people!
“It’s incredible sailing on Wylde Swan… everything was perfect. She’s really a beauty sailing and mainly because when you have such an amazing, funny and experienced crew to take care of her, she just responds like that!
Can we live this experience again?”
