S/y Henrika is a sea scout training vessel owned and operated by a Finnish sea scout troop “Kupittaan Henrikinpojat ry”. Her home port is Turku in South-Western Finland. Henrika has taken part in Tall Ships’ Races in Baltic Sea Region since 1996. The vessel and the whole scout troop are operated entirely on voluntary basis.

THALASSA was originally built in 1980 in Harlingen, Holland, but after she sank in 1985 was bought by Arnold Hilkema and Jacob Dan who totally rebuilt and refitted her. She was relaunched in 1995. 2004 was the first year she competed in The Tall Ships Races.

Alba Venturer was designed and built by Oyster Marine Ltd in 1998 and launched in 1999. She has a standard Oyster 70 hull, but is fitted to the Ocean Youth Trust’s specifications for sail training and sails mainly around the west coast of Scotland.
