Shigeru Nishitani is Japan’s representative within the Youth Council. His role is to help promote the involvement of youth within sail training. He is one of 25 members of the youth council who offer a youth voice on decision making within the Sail Training International community and help support and assist Sail Training International to achieve its goals.
