Meet the team

Ayaka Matsushita Japan’s representative within the Youth Council. Her role is to inspire, support and promote the involvement of young people in sail training. Additionally she acts as a youth voice in decision making in the Sail Training International community, supporting Sail Training International to achieve its goals.
