Race Report 6: Spaniel Holds on at Head of Fleet

July 18, 2016

Spaniel (Latvia) has held onto her narrow lead at the head of the fleet, but Ocean Spirit of Moray (UK) is beginning to come back as she picks up more wind to the west.

Statsraad Lehmkuhl (Norway) remains in first place overall on overall on Corrected Time as the challenge by Jolie Brise (UK) in second place appears to have diminished for the moment as she has sailed into an area of light and fluky winds over night. Georg Stage (Denmark) has been making steady gains from behind and now lies in third place overall on Correct Time.
