Phil has supported our work as a member of our Finance Committee since 2022.
A former partner at KPMG LLP (UK), Phil has over 30 years of experience in public practice, as well as the higher education, sport and voluntary sectors.
Alongside supporting our work, Phil has been an active member of the volunteer community, chairing Southampton Solent University’s Governing Board (2017-2024) and World Sailing’s Independent Audit Committee (2017-2024).
Away from his career and volunteer work, Phil is a skilled sailor at a competitive amateur level, keen cyclist and skier.
Having already provided invaluable support to Sail Training International, we are delighted to welcome him to the Board.
