Biography

The Tall Ship Maria Trinidad Sanchez was built in 2009 with the intention to promote Sail Training. Despite her young age, Maria Trinidad Sanchez has already taken part in many journeys and competed in 2016 Black Sea Tall Ships Regatta.

Maria Trinidad Sanchez is a three-masted barquentine with a hull made of steel and a teak-covered deck. She can accommodate up to 37 cadets for multiple-day journeys. Being very new, the Ship combines the experience of sailing on traditional Tall Ships with all the modern comforts and safety features. Step on board to find the latest navigation equipment, air conditioning in cabins and water desalination plant, among others.

Maria Trinidad Sanchez can accommodate up to 37 trainees for long-term journeys.
