Lucy joined the Board of Trustees in 2024 having previously been General Manager of our UK NSTO, the Association of Sail Training Organisations. During her time there, she was able to support over 30 member organsations across a range of areas, including helping them navigate the Covid pandemic.
As a long-time member of the sail training community, both at sea and on land, Lucy provides valuable experience to the Board of Trustees as they support our various stakeholder groups.
