The people behind the local organisation for The Tall Ships Races 2012 – Cíçdiz have been working hard to ensure the anticipated one million visitors have an excellent time.

Friday 27th July:

11.00 – Theme Park Opening

12.00 – Tall Ships open to visitors

13.00 – Carnival Comparsa ‘Las Melazas’ (Uruguay).  Also repeated at 19.00

18.30 – Crew Parade

19.30 – Prize Giving

21.00 – Crew Party

22.30 – Concert

Saturday 28th July:

11.00 – Theme Park Opening

12.00 – Tall Ships open to visitors

13.00 – Carnival Comparsa ‘Las Melazas’ (Uruguay).  Also repeated at 19.00

13.00 – Historic Car and Harley Davidson Exhibition

20.30 – ‘How The Andalusian Horses Dance’  The Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art

22.30 – Concert

00.00 – Firework Display

Sunday 29th July:

10.00 – Theme Park Opening

15.00 – Naval Parade accompanied by Air Exhibition

Parade of Sail begins as the Tall Ships depart

The Tall Ships Races 2012, Presented by Szczecin and organised by Sail Training International is taking place in the following host ports: 

St Malo – Thursday 5 to Sunday 8 July (race start Monday 9 July)

Lisbon – Thursday 19 to Sunday 22 July

Cadiz – Thursday 26 to Sunday 29 July

A Coruí±a – Friday 10 to Monday 13 August

Dublin – Thursday 23 to Sunday 26 August
