Race Report 2: Slow Progress and Challenging Strategies Continue for Race 3

The fleet remain split into three groups in the SCF Black Sea Tall Ships Regatta Race Three. Adornate

(Romania) has done well overnight with the southern strategy and is now

heading NW in order to try to consolidate her advantage. But with the

wind expected to fill in from north, the northerly group are expected to

do well doing the course of the day.

With slow progress the race

committee are considering whether to bring the time limit forward to

sometime tomorrow in order that all vessels can arrive into Varna in

time for the event.
