Front Runners Approach Waypoint One

August 2, 2011

Conditions overnight have further extended the lead of Jolie Brise, St Iv and Akela overall but the real battle is taking place in Class A.

Wylde Swan has taken-up the lead pushing Stad Amsterdam back to second place with Russian vessel Mir regaining a place in the prizes as the leader board currently stands.

Winner of Race One, Norwegian vessel Christian Radich has crept into fifth place overnight and is clearly one to watch given previous form.

Russian Class D vessel, Akela, is now first in class with Gigi and Urania in second and third.

Sirma from the Netherlands has pushed Ocean Spirit of Moray out the frame taking-up third position in Class C with first and second remaining the same.

There are no changes to Class B with Jolie Brise still looking strong.
