Final Results now available
The final results for the North Sea Tall Ships Regatta are now available with some minor adjustments to mileage following the receipt of all race declaration forms. This can be downloaded here.
As this was the first time that Sail Training International had run a regatta based on distance travelled, the captains met this afternoon to report on their experience. All captains agreed that it had been an interesting and different race that they had enjoyed.
This afternoon the sun came out making it beautiful conditions for the public to enjoy the Tall Ships fleet, as more ships continued to arrive. Tomorrow the entire length of the Nordzee Canal is likely to be crowded with people as they watch the hundreds of vessels sail past on their way to Amsterdam.
Stad Amsterdam will lead the parade which is due to start at around 1000hrs local.
