Here are the Terms and Conditions of entry into the ‘Trainee Feedback Questionnaire’ prize draw:

Terms and Conditions

1. This prize draw is administered by Sail Training International Ltd (STI), organisers of The Tall Ships Races.
2. By submitting the feedback questionnaire trainees agree to participate in the prize draw.
3. Feedback questionnaire participants will be deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
4. The feedback questionnaire is open to all trainees from around the world, who have taken part in The Tall Ships Races 2026, with a current and valid passport.
5. Trainees must submit no more than one feedback questionnaire per person.
6. Open to all trainees of any nationality, but the submitted feedback questionnaire must be in English.
7. Feedback questionnaires deemed offensive or inappropriate will not be accepted.
8. No payment is required to STI to enter the prize draw.
9. Winners of the 2027 voyage will be required to arrange and pay for their own travel to and from the Host Ports they will be sailing from and to.
10. Winners of the 2027 voyage will be required to follow and adhere to any relevant VISA requirements required for travel to the Tall Ships Races Host Port countries.
11. The winner of the Nava NV2 jacket and trouser sailing suit prize will be contacted for sizing options before delivery.
12. All prizes will be sent to the recipients at STI’s cost.
13. The closing date of the feedback questionnaire is 23:59 (BST) on 31st August 2026.
14. Following the close of the prize draw winners will be selected at random by a representative of STI.
15. To successfully redeem the FREE Voyage prize, entrants must be available to take part in The Tall Ships Races 2027.
16. Winners will be notified on the 1st October 2026 and required to confirm their acceptance by 23:59 (BST) Wednesday 7^th October 2026.
17. Should a winner not be able to take part during The Tall Ships Races 2027, their prize will be forfeited and STI shall be entitled to select another winner at random from the remaining prize draw entrants.
18. The voyage and products won are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash or other alternatives.
19. Winners of the 2027 voyage may not attempt to sell their prize. Only named winning entrants shall be eligible to sail on their designated race leg.
20. STI accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, disappointment or consequential loss incurred or suffered as a result of entering this prize draw or taking part in The Tall Ships Races 2027.
21. STI reserves the right to at any time modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this feedback questionnaire and its prize offering with or without prior notice for any reason.
22. STI shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside of its reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, weather conditions, natural disaster, hurricane, strike, wars, political unrest and any other unforeseen occurrences.
23. Any decisions of STI during the process of, and relating to, this prize draw are final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
24. Winners agree to take part in all publicity in relation to them winning the prize draw and assent to STI holding any personal information as provided.
25. Winners assent to STI holding and using their personal information as provided.
