Marta Carvalho Martins is the Secretary of the Youth Council. Her role within the youth council executive committee is to aid in creating a promotional toolkit to encourage sail training everywhere. Additionally she acts as a youth voice within the Sail Training International community and helps encourage young people to become involved with all aspects of sail training.
