As Team Administrator, Rachel supports the CEO and Office Manager, working across administration, contractual processes, database management, and event delivery, including The Tall Ships Races.
A Law graduate from Queen’s University Belfast, Rachel also holds a postgraduate diploma in International Marketing and Business from Ulster University. Rachel brings several years of project management and client-facing experience from the legal and charity sectors, including roles at Baker McKenzie and Allen & Overy, where she coordinated project plans, stakeholder communications and financial reporting.
Rachel is looking forward supporting work that gives young people the chance to grow, travel, and connect through sail training.
