After a successful return to our in-person conference last year in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, we are excited to once again welcome members of the sail training family for two days of discussions, learning and networking.
The International Sail Training and Tall Ships Conference is an annual event, open to everyone involved in sail training and The Tall Ships Races and Regattas – Tall Ship owners and operators, sail training providers, Host Port organisers of future events and representatives from Sail Training International’s endorsed events. The conference provides a truly unique environment for seminars, workshops and networking as delegates are welcomed from around the world.

Sail Training International Commercial Director, Vanessa Mori, and Monsieur Patrice Vergriete, President of the Communauté Urbaine de Dunkerque, attended a press conference to announce Dunkirk as host of the conference in 2023.
Traditionally welcoming up to 400 delegates, the conference has become an integral part of the sail training calendar. The programme of sessions and networking opportunities it provides help to drive the delivery of thousands of sail training opportunities for young people and renowned international maritime events that entertain millions of visitors every year.
Having previously visited destinations such as Canada, Sweden, Spain, the UK, Denmark and Poland, the International Sail Training and Tall Ships Conference will see Dunkirk in prestigious company as it hosts this marquee event.
