2026 Friendship Trophy Goes to Jens Krogh at The Tall Ships Races Finale in Aalborg

This year we are delighted to announce that Jens Krogh, from Denmark, has won the Friendship Trophy 2026!

More than any other award, the Friendship Trophy reflects the enduring spirit of The Tall Ships Races and the true values of Sail Training International. Presented at the final prize-giving ceremony and chosen by the participating captains and crews, it honours the vessel that has most embraced international friendship, team spirit and goodwill.

Sail Training International was delighted to have the ship take part in the Cruise-in-company and 2 race legs and visited the ports of Harlingen, Antwerp, Stavanger and Aalborg this summer.
