Merisissi III is owned and run by the Sea Scout Troop from Turku in Finland. She has participated in the Cutty Sark Tall Ships Races in 1988, 1992, 1996 and 2000 replacing the wooden Merisissi III which took part in the Cutty Sark Tall Ships Race in 1972.

The ‘Merrilyn’ is a 65ft schooner with special features to assist those with disabilities and is operated by the Rona Sailing Project as a sail training vessel.

Prolific was built in 2005, as a tribute to the herring-fishing vessels in operation along the Norwegian coast during the 19th century.
