Louise is the Denmark’s representative within the Youth Council. She is also a board member of Danish Sail Training Association. She began sailing as child as her father is a skipper on one of the old Danish ketches. In 2015 she participated in her first Tall Ship Races and, after her times as a trainee onboard Georg Stage, she became a member of the Youth Council in the fall 2018.
Louise works to spread the word of sail training to the Danish youth and also wants to give the ones already sailing the opportunity to develop new skills in all the aspects of sailing and maintaining ships and boats. For daily work Louise is employed as an ordinary seaman.
